Anja & Matthew | Fairmont Miramar Santa Monica

I don't always do this, but I love this wedding SOOOO much I am doing TWO blog posts on it. Thanks to Waveform Events for referring Anja & Matt to me, I could not have asked for a sweeter couple to have as clients! 

Since Anja & Matt opted not to have a first look and do things traditionally, they have no idea what each other was doing before the "I Do's"! This blog post is dedicated to the part of the day that was filled with anticipation and excitement as Anja & Matt got ready to become husband and wife!

Amanda & Blaze | Kelly's Garden Wedding, Canyon Country, Ca

Remember how I said I love all things Disney? Well, I think I attract couples that feel the same way. Naturally, Amanda and I got along great once we found out we had that in common, and I was beyond excited when she and Blaze chose me to capture their fun filled day! 

Amanda & Blaze were married at Kelly's Garden, a quaint little spot in Canyon Country. Her colors were a soft pink and gray, and she had some subtle Disney touches that made me super excited.

Happy New Year!!!! Michelle Lacson Photography 2014 Review

While 2014 was the hardest year for me personally, it was the best for me professionally. Strange how things happen. I want to say a heartfelt thank you to all 29 of my wonderful couples from this year!! I love you all, and am so happy you had me there to capture your special day!! 

Special shout out to the couples from the second half of the year (after I lost my dad) that have been so incredibly patient with me. I took some time off and it's been a long game of catch up. 

I made a little collage and then posted them individually as well <3 

This year took me to some amazing venues including Disneyland, Dove Canyon, The Queen Mary, Galpin Ford, CBS Studios, The Santa Barbara Zoo, Riviera Country Club, Knollwood Country Club, Orcutt Ranch, Bella Vista Groves, the Sky Room, and so many more!!
